Alberto García-Alix offers a conference at Albarrán Bourdais Gallery in Madrid under the title “Absence as a stimulus”, on Saturday, June 1st, 2024, at 12:00 p.m.

In this presentation, the photographer reflects on how absence, its existence and its vital stimulus, influences and is reflected in his work. Absence as a leitmotif, a common thread and a catalyst for the artist’s work.

A dissertation that will be accompanied by a visual tour with some of his photographs that are born from this stimulus.
